After it’s sat overnight, I get the 6 green light code on the SEVCON. I can disconnect the batteries and wait for an hour, then reconnect the batteries to fix the problem.2021 ranger xp 1000 premium issue. Just purchased a new xp 1000 thursday didnt take for ride until today would t even call it a ride. Let idle 10min to warm up 20 degrees here in pa. Guaranteed the garbage plastic sprague that holds the rollers in to engage the 4wd is either broken or cracked. You won’t be able to tell if it’s cracked until you pull the sprague and squeeze it to see they are detached. Seen this on generals, ranger and rzrs when using high and starting out on inclines or with heavy loads. If it is, you'll need a new belt. I had a 4 so updated the software. (I want the old one back). On my Ford Ranger, the pistons in the calipers were plastic and that's why they locked up. The plastic piston gets worn and then gets slightly cockeyed in the bore and so it gets stuck outward. Part of the issue with heat in the 900 is Polaris put the exhaust ports on the forward-side of the head. Check your fuel-pressure first and make sure your tank-vent is not plugged. Water in the fuel will act like yours also.
