A crappy torque convertor can make the best turbo seem sluggish to spool... but at 20psi I would expect a bit more power especially torque. A crappy torque convertor can make the best turbo seem sluggish to spool... but at 20psi I would expect a bit more power especially torque. Since the larger engine consumes more air than a smaller engine, the turbo will give more boost to a smaller engine.
