They can't get kills as a PMC so they have to shoot unsuspecting people for a paca and a busted ADAR cause they suck to much to get anything viable lol. This would punish scav in scav more and force a rotation of maps for scavs. Kind of how rouges work with USECs killing them.The amount of scav vs scav kills is retarded. Hindering their fence/scav rep isn't even close to being punishment enough, as many won't even come close to reaching 6.0, nor do they care about that. Nor is them being labelled a "traitor scav" for 1 match any kind of real deterrent.
