4-wire ceiling fan switch wiring diagram

I have a ceiling fan with light in all bedrooms. I just wired up 2 bedrooms to have a separate switch for the light and the fan on the wall with 14/3 wire. That was easy. In the last bedroom, I want to do the same thing only have the switches in 3 locations. So 6 total switches. I believe 4 must be 3-way & 2 in the middle must be 4-way switches.
