Sometimes it's so bad that playing even a non-ping reliant job such as samurai is significantly harder because combos don't get recognised or it takes up to two additional gcds worth of time before I get a sticker for a completed combo. You should try using TRACERT command on Windows Command Prompt and use your FFXIV server IP. See if there are any packet losses happening on the way. Did a alliance and people were constantly freezing in place and teleporting, was in RDM and my dualcasts rarely worked.From what other people are saying, it does look to be an NTT node that's the issue, and that is the ISP and datacenter that FFXIV uses, but it's not specifically the FFXIV servers. It looks to be a couple of steps removed from them, I think, especially since it can be routed around depending on your ISP/VPN.
